Can I reschedule our booking?

Please send us an email with your booking receipt and let us know your preferred new date and time within 2 weeks of the original booking. We'll take care of the rescheduling from our end.

Can I get a refund?

All bookings and purchases are non-refundable. The Centre is not obliged to provide a refund, credit, or transfer if:
a) You change your mind.
b) You decide you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
c) You fail to turn up for your booking.
d) You have selected the wrong item for purchase.

What should I do if I lost something?

Please leave your details with reception, and we will contact you if the item is found. We keep lost items safe for one month.

Is there parking available?

We have parking spaces available in front of our centre and at the back. Just look out for our logo and signage to find us easily. Additional street parking is also available outside the Trade Center.

Are you accessible by public transport?

We are within walking distance of Nerang Tram Station, and there's also a bus stop nearby, making it easy to reach us whether you're driving or using public transport.

Do I need to book in advance?

We recommend booking online in advance, especially on weekends and holidays, to guarantee your spot. Walk-ins are welcome if space allows.

What age group is this for?

Our play areas are best suited for children up to the age of 12! For a sneak peek at all the fun, check out our gallery on the website or social media.

Are grip socks required?

For safety, all children must wear grip socks, and adults must wear regular socks. Grip socks are available for purchase at reception if needed.

Is adult supervision required?

Yes, a parent or guardian must accompany children at all times.

Do adults need to pay an entry fee?

Adults enter for free. Please bring regular socks for yourself, as socks are required to enter.

What if I'm running late for my booking—can I still enter?

You can still enter if you're running late. However, we recommend letting us know as early as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you and ensure you still get the most out of your visit.

How early should I arrive for my party booking?

We kindly ask you to arrive 15 minutes prior to the party booking time to organise the check-in, waiver and socks, if needed.

Can I bring my own cake?

Feel free to bring your own cake or order from our menu with 2 weeks' notice! Please note that cakes can only be brought if you've booked a party room or private venue hire.

Can I bring my own food & drinks to the party?

Outside food and drinks aren't allowed, except for personal water bottles and birthday cakes. For additional food and drinks, you can order from our catering menu.

Can I add more kids to the booking?

You can add up to 25 kids to your booking. For more than 25, you'll need two party packages. Please confirm guest numbers at least 7 days in advance, or 14 days if adding 5+ kids, depending on availability.

One of the guest is under 12 months, do I have to count them in?

Under 12-month-old kids don't need to be counted if they're joining with a sibling. However, if you'd like the little one to have a seat, party food, and a juice box, they should be included as a guest.

Can I bring my own decorations?

Your party room comes with a table and balloons in blue or pink. Feel free to bring extra balloons, but no messy decorations (like piñatas or garlands) unless a $100 cleaning fee applies. You've got 60 minutes in the room, so we recommend a quick setup and pack-up to enjoy the party!

What if my guests arrive late?

Our parties run on a set schedule, so please ask your guests to arrive on time. We're not able to extend for late arrivals—thanks for understanding

When do my guests need to exit the party room?

The party room is all yours for the 1-hour session. Everyone will need to leave once it ends—but you're welcome to extend for another hour for $250!

Where do I store my bags / belongings / presents?

There are open shelves to use—or you can leave valuables in your car. For safekeeping, we recommend putting all birthday presents in your vehicle.

Does the party booking include invitations?

Yes, you can just request the digital invitation by emailing us at party@bellaswonderland.com.au with the following details:
Birthday child's name & gender
How old they are turning
Reservation date & contact person

Now that I have arranged everything, what do I do?

Here are a few things to take care of before the big day:
Cake: We don't supply cakes, but you're welcome to bring your own or order one through us.
Party Bags: Bring your own or grab some from us!
Invites: Please send your invites and confirm all party details at least 7 days before your event.
Waivers: Log in using the email you booked with. The waiver button is on the homepage.
Socks: All kids must wear grip socks, and adults need regular socks. Bring your own or let us know if you'd like to add grip socks to your bill ($3.50/pair).
Changes/Cancellations: We need at least 48 hours' notice for any changes to food or table settings. Cancellations within 48 hours will be fully charged. Please email changes to party@bellaswonderland.com.au.
Public Holidays: A 15% surcharge applies on public holiday bookings.
