Weekends & Public / School Holidays

1、All children must wear grip socks for safety reasons, and all adults must wear standard socks

2、Socks are mandatory for everyone entering our venue

3、Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times

4、No outside food or drink are allowed, besides personal water bottles

5、All guests are responsible for their personal items; we are not liable for lost/damaged belongings

6、No running, aggressive behaviour, or foul language

7、Play areas are food and drink-free zones

8、Adhere to equipment use guidelines to prevent injury; we aren’t liable for misuse injuries

9、Inform staff about areas needing special cleaning attention

10、No smoking or alcohol

11、If feeling ill or showing symptoms, please reschedule your visit

12、Store prams, shoes, and umbrellas at reception
