Refunds and Returns

IN-STORE RETURNS

You can return your online orders in-store or by mailing back to us (online return details listed below), provided you can show your proof of purchase.

ONLINE RETURNS

Eligible items purchased online can be returned in store for an exchange.   

However, if you are after a refund, it must be returned online.

If you choose to return your online purchase to our online store, simply send the item back to:

If you are after an online exchange, please contact us on info@bellaswonderland.com.au advising which items you are returning and what items you would like to exchange to. This way we are able to check stock availability, put the items on hold and provide you with a hassle-free service!


RETURNS CRITERIA

We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund on eligible items that meet the following criteria:

  • Proof or purchase is provided – Original in-store receipt, e-receipt, tax invoice, packing slip, gift receipt.
  • It is within 7 days of purchase
  • Item must be in original saleable condition (unused)
  • Items are free of any fragrance
  • Items must still have all original labels, tags and packaging attached. 

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Should your item fall under any of the following categories, please return to us to be assessed and processed for an exchange or refund:

  • Faulty
  • Does not match the description of the item shown to you

Proof of purchase must be provided when the item is returned and it must be within 30 days of purchase.

Bella’s Wonderland will assess the fault and at our discretion provide you with a repair, replacement or refund according to the guidelines of ACCC.

  

METHODS OF REFUND

Refunds will only be issued using your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed as a credit note if the original payment method was a gift card, credit note or rebate voucher.

Items with gift receipts can be exchanged at the current sale value, but cannot be returned for credit note or refund.  We require the original purchase receipt to process a refund for gift items.

ONLINE RETURN COSTS

  1. Original and return postage costs will not be reimbursed by Bella’s Wonderland, unless it meets the Statutory Rights outlined by the ACCC.
  2. If you require an exchange, please include a self-addressed return post bag. Alternatively, we can provide you with our bank account details for you to deposit the postage for sending you the replacement.
  3. If you require a refund, please be aware that if the refund results in your order value no longer meeting the value eligible for free-shipping, we will deduct our incurred shipping cost of sending your original order from your refund.
  4. If a parcel has failed to be delivered and is sent back to Bella’s Wonderland for any reason which is not our fault, a $12 re-delivery / returning fee will be deducted from your refund.
